The Challenge
Onboarding a major client with multiple restaurant locations created a logistical bottleneck. Matching requests to the existing assortment and managing sample workflows was buried in endless email chains with no "single source of truth.”
The Solution
I architected a custom, dual-interface application integrated with their legacy ERP data. It features a Client Interface for requests and real-time status updates, and an Admin Interface for pricing and approvals. The system includes role-based security and integrated messaging.
The Result
Manual communication is now history. We replaced chaotic email chains with a transparent digital workflow. This cut the approval cycle from weeks to days and saved the team hours of weekly administrative time.

Consolidating these different export formats into a single daily plan was a complex, manual puzzle.
The Solution
I engineered a smart aggregation script that ingests data from various client platforms. The system applies conditional logic to every entry: it calculates laundry needs for check-ins, filters stay-over cleans for hotels, and standardizes the output. With one click, raw mixed data is transformed into a clear, unified mission plan for the field team.
The Result
We turned hours of complex data sorting into a virtually instant process. The automation saves one full-time employee salary by handling the "logic work" of the schedule, ensuring the team gets exactly the right details for every specific location type.
